Having seen some of the comments below, I'd like to offer an objective view. Jim Hall has been for 50 years a giant of jazz. That being said, in this cut, he falls way below his earlier stuff. His meter is off about half the time, his right hand is flailing and imprecise compared to earlier stuff, and his comping is thin and weak. For a true sense of his greatness, check out earlier stuff. If you guys are still playing this well when your in your late 70's, my hat is off to you.
