"Do something to one, the other responds instantly." Wrong. This is one of the most prevalent misconceptions of quantum entanglement. All you can say is that there is a correlation between measurements performed on entangled pairs. For example, if A and B are entangled and you measure that the spin of particle A is "up", then you know for certain that when you measure the spin of particle B, it will be "down". This is quite different from what is portrayed in the video.

Actually, they aren't. They are both components of Superstring theory, each with their own purposes. If they were the same thing, then why do they have separate names? Don't be so quick to call others a 'dumbass' without doing some research first, prick.

People responding to this video are putting on the best displays of egotism I've seen yet.
Even in the face of the knowledge we are all one the ego still fights tooth and nail to support the illusion of separation, if anything highlights the danger ego represents, this would be it.
