I met Sehba Akhtar at a Mushaira held in Denver, Colorado (USA) IN 1992. I found him to be the most inspiring poet I ever met in my life. During a break I was fortunate to chat with him and found him to be really down to earth person. He told me that next time I came to Karachi, I should come and visit him. During my short interaction with this amazing poet i found him to be refreshingly friendly. a Poet of his caliber has left a big gap and is missed immensely.
