1 c sprouted lentils
1/4 c sweet maui onion (the stalk)
1/4 c yellow pepper
1/4 cgreen pepper (don't know what kind I used)
1/4 c red pepper
5 diglet noor dates sliced
1/2 c chopped parsley
1/2 c cucumber
1/2 pear
12 snap peas
1 tomato
1 sm avocado
15 almonds chopped
juice of 1 key lime
drizzle olive oil
1 tbsp raw tahini
dash sea salt
Jamaican jerk seasoning (as much as you like)

thanks! yeah, my dogs love carrots. They eat regular dry dog food, but I give them raw veggies too because they like them and it seems like they are happier and healthier when they eat them. :)

OMG I have all those ingredients at my finger tips, like in my cupboard but never knew I could use them. I have all types of jerk I can just walk to the companies. I mean I am Jamaican and I do live in Jamaica, I am such a non-brainer. Thank you so much Alexis (smile).

I hope you like it. I have found the best dishes are those I make up as I go along.
