@jh4124 Dave's voice is actually really nice like this, usually he just throws some weird accent over it or something, I was thinking the same thing at first but I listened to some of the other songs on the album, and it just turns out it was a night when his voice was on fire :p. Or at least we hope.

@jh4124 Unfortunately for a lot of "general public releases" (the ones that make it to Wal*Mart, Target, etc.) they do use a bit of auto-tune. This song is a great example of that because, indeed, they autotuned it after the fact. Another example that stands out is "Stay" from their Live at Mile High release: watch the videos from the live feed and it's way less polished and perfect than the CD.

It's unfortunate, but it's a reality in a world where autotune sells and people want to hear it. :(
