The earth has gone through extensive climate changes and will continue to do so with total disregard to beachfront properties.
Way before industrialization.
The Vikings farmed in Island .thats how warm it was and had to leave when it got cold again
We really need sound environmental policies and protection of not just endangered but all species and lands.
Global warming politics serve only the tax culture above anything else but not the environment.
Dont drink the cool aid.

news flash. There isn't a consensus on global warming.
And even the best estimates from the people who say global warming is real say us reducing human emissions will help not even help 1 degree.
Most emissions are natural. Volcano's, forest fires, etc.

The kyoto protocol would be great if #1 the standards werent impossible to meet for powerful countries like the US #2 If man made global warming was real.
