@elliethousand there is a little place right by the beach that is about 150 a night ... called south beach motel... run by a beach boy type middle aged surfer dude named brian.. he is very nice great hospitality. cute one bedroom mini efficiencies with central ac. directly across the street from vero's best public beach. you may be able to get a better rate during summer being off season. if you want to stay 10 to 15 minutes to the beach there are plenty of options for well under 100 dollars.

I want to visit Vero Beach later this year to see a relative. Most of the vids look boring but your comments are really good. But where can you rent somewhere to stay that is not near the beach? I can only find beachside properties but they are incredibly expensive!!

Vero is cool if your 70 or above, but theirs nothing else for kids to do but get in trouble, no matter even if were doing something good. its a retirement community that all the retired rich snobs won't build things like a skate park for kids because they think kids are trouble. Well maybe if they built us one we would stop getting tickets and fines for riding a piece of wood down the sidewalk. And if kids aren't doing things like skateboarding or sports their ether fighting or doing drugs.

i have a comment for all the people that come on youtube and bash vero beach! vero beach has great beaches, parks, movie theatres, plenty of shopping venues and eating establishments. if you cant find anything to do maybe you need to get out of mom and dad's basement and go do something... confucious said... "a person who is often bored, is often a boring person'.
