Jansanskriti Solidarity for Kerala's Mullaperiyar issue

Jansanskriti with some other Malayalee organizations in NCR organized a "Malayalee Koottayma" to show solidarity to people of Kerala at this difficult time of the Mullapperiyar issue. The function was attended by most of the MPs from Kerala. The support shown by Delhi Malayalees was tremendous. There was a procession from Kerala House to Jantar Mantar and back to Kerala House, all the dignitaries walked with Placards and shouting slogans against the inaction of Central Government in this very very serious issue.

When assembled back in front of Kerala House, most of the MPs talked and there was a symbolic action by lighting the candles by all participants. Most of the Malayalam TV channels like Indiavision, Kairali, Manorama News, Reporter covered the function and many of them aired it within 20 minutes in their news.
