@Burnedice First of all, America isn't the only country by FAR that has violent, war based video games.
Second, war has been used for entertainment for centuries. People have written stories and plays, songs and movies, and pretty much any other type of entertainment. Children have pretended to be soldiers for all of time. Army men and toy guns, wooden swords and little bows--humanity romanticizes war, always has.
Video games have nothing to do with that. Think about things.

All war will do is drive us near extinction. We can't really do anything about it

@XboxUltimateMarines8 Yeah, its not human nature. We just practice it well.

If it's natural to kill, how come men have to go into training to learn how?
Joan Baez
Mankind must put an end to war before war puts an end to mankind.
John F. Kennedy
The direct use of force is such a poor solution to any problem, it is generally employed only by small children and large nations.
There was never a good war, or a bad peace.
Benjamin Franklin
War is not of human nature, Love Joy, Happines, Carfullness, Love for your brothers, and sisters. is our nature.

@RC1312Kad War will never stop. Humans are greedy selfish beings. There are some of us in the world who will do all they can to help others. If i had too, i would go to fight a JUST war only to help those in need. I don't play any war games, they only make it seem 'ok' to our society when it is not. So many of those people in those games were probably innocent people just tricked by their leaders. I would fight to free those people and to protect my family, nothing else. Screw fame and glory.

@RC1312Kad I agree that peace is and will be never possible, war is our nature and we cant get away with that

@RC1312Kad War is just one big business, some wars have been since the beginning of society, today its all just business. But i still find pleasure playing violent war games and movies. But i'd NEVER go into war because i know the truth about it, old men trick youngsters into killing each other. Good video too +++

@guardsman1426 people like are the example the dumb down products created by your so called god "the government" who you think determines what humans are all about. if war is human nature then let's how are gonna deal with the nuclear blast when it hit the rest of your family. lets see how will you think about war.

@Burnedice First of all, I struggled to read that. Second, if war wasn't part of human nature, we wouldn't have had so many over the course of history. Perhaps that has been phrased wrong. If war itself isn't a part of human nature, then it is a byproduct of other parts of human nature. Man is inherently arrogant, greedy, power-hungry, suspicious, and competitive. Those things tend to lead to war.
Even if mankind wants peace, we'll never have it for good, because mankind is sinful and flawed.

@RC1312Kad Thats a pretty complex retort from someone who struggled to read that.

@Omnipotentguy420 Did you see his sentence structure? "people like are the example the dumb down products". That's absolutely abysmal. I understood what he was saying, but it was hardly coherent.

@Szteven Protectors of the Earth by Two steps from Hell. You MIGHT be able to find it on Itunes, but they don't sell most of their stuff, you'll have to look elsewhere.
But they do incredible stuff.
