What works in the comics does not work on film. I like the direction they are going with this. And as for Batman coming out in the day...what is he supposed to do if Bane is blowing crap up during the daytime? Is Batman going to sit around watching all that unfold and wait for night?

@FeazBlog The beauty of Batman is that he has restrictions. Superman by nature is boring because come night or day, sunshine, he can perform VERY WELL. What makes Batman more interesting is that he is a night character, in the shadows. That's what his psychology is about. BAT man. And Merc made a good point that the reason criminals come out in the day where it's easier for police is because of batman's work against them during the night

All I can say is that their will probably be just as much day scenes, as there are night scenes in my opinion.

Yeah man, Arkham Asylum and Arkham City, written by Paul Dini from the animated series, voiced by Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill from the animated series...I mean THAT is the batman I grew up on and those games are even darker and more hardcore. They're only weakness was Bane; very poor portrayal.
