Space: 1999 - The Movie

First of all I'd like to thank everyone who commented on the Space: 1999 movie trailer I made last year. A lot of those comments were about wishing this movie was made for real and after Darkstarkc99 suggested I made a minimovie of it I thought I'd give it a go. I couldn't do the voiceovers because Vegas kept freezing whenever I'd try to edit them and I loved the music too much to not interrupt it anyway, haha excuses I know.

Anyway, this follows the same storyline as the trailer. After an attack on Alpha they decide (after arguing it over) to move on to a planet they've just discovered. Years go by but strange things happen and the original inhabitants turn into mean monsters. Here I've used the vampires from Twilight because of their cool way of moving around:D In the end the monsters forse the Alphans to leave and they decide to go back to Alpha and rebuild it.

I used two songs: the first one is from the trailer, it's part of an instrumental song called "Wonders of the New World" and it's available on the soundtrack to the movie The Road To El Dorado. The second one is "Shattered" by Trading Yesterday. There are two versions of the song available so if you are looking for it, this one is from the album called More Than This. I cut the song a bit from the middle.

I've been working on this on and off for more than a week (a long time for me!) and now it's 3 am and I'm finished. Hope you enjoy!

Absolutely fantastic , very well put together , not to sure about the twilight bit , but very good . Please dont stop there with just this . One question please what is the first piece of instrumental music called ?
