We have a new baby! (Savage 93 17HMR)

Isn't she a beauty?! Snake-fluted barrel and a beautiful laminate stock. This has the accutrigger that I have been anxious to try. A great looking gun and if all that I have seen and heard is true, an amazing performer as well. Shooting videos will follow when the weather warms up and the snow melts.

nice looking barrel, i have a savage r17 btvs, and i love it, but i dont like the design of the mag, it always got feeding problem when the mag is fully loaded, the spring not always push the first round face up to meet the chamber, but it works perfectly when i only load 4 rounds in, anyway, i hope they have done something to improve it

@MichiganZombieHunter Ha ha. Somewhere in one of my early videos I had a brain-fart and said clip. I still get complaints and criticism from that now and then. Thanks for the comment, man. Keep an eye on the channel, I just did the break-in for the new Ruger SR22 Pistol. I plan to do the review video tomorrow. Should be up be tomorrow night.

Very nice gun. I've got the BVSS. Does 0.7" groups all day (providing the wind isn't kicking up!). Probably my favorite of my guns at the moment.

@jbflyerfan Just the Scope and rings were added. The barrel came with it. You would probably need to get one from Savage if you want one like it.

Did you purchase this as is? I just bought a VERY stock 93 w/ syn. stock and black barrel. If ANYONE knows where to get a replacement barrel like this one PLEASE post. I've already got a new stock from Boyds, so I'm good in that dept. Thanks in advance

Have the same exact rifle. I got it a surprise for christmas from my dad. shoots great with Winchester 17g in my opinion. about to try Federal soon
