  • i would say strictly pre-contest prep.dont get me wrong-i love bodybuilding,its jusy that i agree that that is what hes going for.we must remember to build our foundation,then define the structure.

  • here we go again with the newest routines,the newest machines etc!and again we go right back to making ths bone headed simple and NOT rocket science! o.k.here we go!olymoic style back squats-5x5 or 10x3 if pure strength is needed,olympic front squats-5x5 and finish off with romanian deadlifts-3x5 each.calves are worked in olympic lifting when we literally leave the fllor to extend our dies in the clean and jerk and snatch.again im sorry for making this too basic !
