sticky pole - not very graceful but spangly new moves :)

not the most graceful work out but the pole was really sticky, it was armpit trick galore :) Getting a wee bit stronger with the elbow grip stuff (thanks so much Carly for your advice) but any more tips are more than welcome. Hope you are all well and got exciting summers planned :)

I really liked all of the Figurehead and Rocket man variations at the beginning--especailly 00:06 , the Funky Rocketman (grabbing the foot in knee tuck). Your hands free layback looks nice and gracefeul. The gemini to superman was a coll transition also. As for shoulder mount to SUperman...it's surely possible, I guess...cuz that's basically the same entry to the death lay... Ha Ha, but they call it death lay for a reason...CAREFUL!, LOL. Nice dangerous Brian at 1:55. Nice pole work, Krizb!

hey u! hows things? haha i use it to mean glitzy or shiny - but i'm scottish so I tend to make words up lol anything goes.
