Steven Forrest makes perfect sense. Here in Germany we have 2 radical changes that started/occurred in March/April 2011:

- The green party was elected by the people to govern the federal state of Baden Wuerttemberg (26th March). This is the first green federal state government EVER

- The German gouvernment decided on the nuclear power phase-out. We are going the renewable energy way

What happens? If we look to the book of Daniel in the Christian Bible, the Ram and the Goat (Aries and Capricorn) have a fight and the Goat wins. Therefore, I predit that the government wins. In Daniel it says that it is going to look like the Ram will win because it will put up a good fight, but ultimately the Goat wins.

No mealy comfy cushey 'spiritual' way out. Chiron AND Neptune usher in this phase. A sense of compassion comes through a thoroughly broken heart.
