The men's 800m at the 2011 IAAF Melbourne Track Classic was full of international talent visiting down under for the Australian Athletics Tour. The field included Tyler Mulder and Nick Symmonds from the USA, Ugandan Abraham Chepkirwok and the event's world record holder David Rudisha of Kenya. Could local hopefuls Lachlan Renshaw, Alexander Rowe and James Gurr hold off the foreign invasion?

  • @bt55 agreed

  • @linglingjr Dave Wottle(and everyone else you metioned) are very amazing runners, they are also very fun to watch. But Im more of a Symmonds fan, lol

  • @rondocelticsfan9 andrew wheating, robby andrews, and dave wottle there are others obviously a russian did it in the 2004 olympics

  • Symmonds is much more fun to watch than just about anyone ive ever seen. Who else has a kick like that??

  • I indeed think Nick Symmonds can be around 1:43 or lower by the London Olympics. David Rudisha is a freak of nature. He ran that race like it was his warm-up. No heavy breathing whatsoever. WTF.

  • Nick Symmonds should look into cycling, do you see his legs!

  • This gives me chills, the work, the burn, the sweat, the tears they put in - incredible

  • Please Send Me Your 6 Lotto Numbers From 1-49

  • he wasn't even trying and he killed the field. 3 seconds slower than what he's run.
