As part of the HSBC Climate Partnership, Earthwatch is undertaking a comprehensive forest research programme looking at the impacts of climate change on forests around the world.

With 700,000,000 people living in rural India dependent on climate sensitive sectors, like agriculture and forestry for their survival, here, we focus specifically on the work that HSBC employees do with Earthwatch in India's Western Ghats. Learning about one of five global research centres and hearing from Professor Lord Nicholas Stern on the critical value of forests in the battle against climate change.
