@legohaulic I believe you're both wrong about remote control. "Remote control" is controlling something from another location(a remote location), whether it be line of sight or not. The military have UAVs that use cameras that feed live video back to the user. UAVs are usually controlled via satellites. I also believe "RC" shouldn't be exclusive to vehicles controlled by radio signals, but instead for remote control.
Also, don't refer to Wikipedia, anyone can say anything on there, even lie.

Radio control (often abbreviated to R/C or simply RC) is the use of radio signals to remotely control a device
A remote control is a component of an electronics device, most commonly a television set, used for operating the device wirelessly from a short line-of-sight distance

@animatorSimen I see. I intended the abbreviation to be "remote control". I didn't know that RC was exclusively used for "Radio Controlled".

@animatorSimen You are wrong. Copy and paste from Wikipedia's page on Remote Control:
"A remote control is a component of an electronics device, most commonly a television set, used for operating the device wirelessly from a short line-of-sight distance."
"Most of these remotes communicate to their respective devices via infrared (IR) signals and a few via radio signals."
If you think I'm wrong, check Wikipedia ;)
