NEADS Tapes: "Phantom Flight 11" Second Call

Colin Scoggins, the military liaison at Boston Air Traffic Control (ATC), calls the Northeast Air Defense Sector (NEADS) at 9:24 on 9/11. He tells them there is a hijacked airliner approaching Washington from the SW, not NE, which is what he wrongly told them three minutes previously. He still incorrectly believes it is American 11, not American 77. The plane hits the Pentagon about 13 minutes later after the interceptors are launched in the wrong direction.
