Libro Rojo de Montserrat, siglo XIV

Rubric: Antiphon in sweet harmony for the most sweet Virgin Mary of Montserrat. Canon in two or three voices:

O resplendent Virgin, here on the high serrated mountain,
wondrously glowing everywhere,
where all the believers of the world climb up.

Ah, with your tender eye look kindly on us; discern
those bound with the cords of sin,
nor let them suffer the blows of Hell,
but by your prayers let them be called to join the blessed.

  • Superb! Thanks!

  • @Neutrinita

  • LLIBRE VERMELL DE MONTSERRAT. is in CATALAN AND LATIN.

  • Finally one O Virgo splendens sung in cannon, not just unisono, very nice I love it!

    Thank you for posting!
