Jack and Sawyer scenes are the best. I hope they have some good ones before the series ends. They at least need to have a scene where they get drunk together and whine about how annoying Kate's fickle ass is.

It means he had an inflamation/infection somewhere where no guy (even girls) don't ever really want to get an infection lol
