iiTaZoR -- that's exactly the point -- HAMAS is a fundamentalist Muslim government -- he violated Islamic law. Dont you get it? PA banned crosses in Bethlehem, too. This is a religious war against any who doesn't support radical Islam. Look up the Palestinian movement's founder, the Grand Mufti - he was Arafat's mentor. Mufti was a Nazi who believe in the final solution, Arabs expelled more Jews into Israel than vice versa.

@ Karam, if you knew anything, the Roman renamed it to punish the Jews, who have been there since time immemorial -- it's in the Book Numbers in the Bible. Muslims didn't exist til thousands of years later, they invaded. Most Muslim Arabs arrived during the British occupation in the 19th and 20th centuries when the Brits and Jews started improving the lands from malaria and stuff. @ Karam a book written in 1695 called "Palaestina ex Monumentis Veteribus Illustrata" by Adriaan Reland, a Dutch scholar, cartographer, and philogist who wrote a book after interviewing 2500 villages in Palestina says most of the inhabitants are Jewish, some Christians and very few Muslims who were mostly Bedouin seasonal workers. Not one settlement in the Land of Israel has a name that is of Arabic origin. Most of the settlement names originate in the Hebrew, Greek, Latin or Roman languages.
