Chef Ben and I headed to Andong for a little food excursion and to get out into the country a bit. Our first stop was Chicken Street, where we shared a big plate of Andong's famous JjimDalk. Braised chicken in a spicy dark garlicky sauce that kind of tastes like Coca Cola (I hear it's used in some recipes) with hearty root vegetables, leeks and sweet potato starch noodles.
