  • This post is good. I like the passion you had. I failed precalculus and was ready to give up. I came back and took calculus and I'm doing better now. I thought I was the only engineer who has a hard time in math. Thanks. I'm also looking at the possibility of joining the military.

  • Man, this guy shows me theirs still hope for people like me, im studying aerospace engineering

  • @rhome27lapuz cool! a girl who's a m. engineer! :] we lack those in Israel ;)

  • Calculus is the only thing that really scares the hell out of me lol

  • Very nice person. .

  • What reason would anyone have to dislike this video?

  • @Lemonhead12555 Tell him not to give up; for me math is a lot like body building. In order to get good at math and science you have to do repetitions and not slack on your regimen.

It's said that after a bad math lesson Alexander the great asked his teacher Menaechmus, "in my kingdom there are royal roads built smoothly, as short cuts for the king. Can you not make this task easier for me?"

Menaechmus replied,""Sire, there is no royal road to geometry."

  • is it possible that a girl like me could be part and have an opportunity and carrer in navy ,?? i love mathemtics .. especially trigonometry and geometry . physics 1 and 2 . academically i have no problem at all... by the way im 2nd year college takng of Bachelor of science in Mechanical Eng'rng in Polytechnic of the Philippines,

  • He seems like a very good mentor. Wonder if my invention has naval potential.

  • I really think its me I'm 14 year old in I'm wondering to start a career for life in the Navy should I go to ROTC or military school to get started on it. I'm not a bad kid though i believe they have military schools for kids to start a naval career. Some one please help me out me and my parents been looking.

  • i like this officer...so patient....
