The timers don't start till the car breaks the beams, it has nothing to do with the lights. You could leave the line 2 seconds early or two seconds late and it will run the same number. New fastest time to date is a 13.0 1/4 with an 8.35 1/8th. Look me up (Rosko) on honda-tech for the details
