Holly says that she doesn't have to worry that "somebody else in another room is making a decision about my future." That's only partially true with Mary Kay because the consultant agreement states that Corporate can fire a consultant if they so chose to, at any time. So with that, I have to wonder, "Do you really run your own business if some Corporate suit has the power to fire you?"

@TScribbler : This would only happen if the consultant violated the agreement they signed when they started, not as the result of a random act of a corporate representative. This would be the same case in any other franchise opportunity offered on the open market today.
