Fallout New Vegas - The easiest way to get the Ranger Combat Armor

Too many people asking about the Slave Scarf, a comment where I actually responded to that question (It's not a very good one, since I've kind of forgotten most stuff about the game):

Slave Scarf - The only places I remember where they always is one is at the 'Prospector Cavern' (Or something similiar) outside of... That 'Legionized' city.. (Don't remember the name, 'n' something :3) and at that Legion Camp which takes you to Caesar's Island... (One of the three slaves has one).

Otherwise, rarely spawned item. (NPC's)

Authority glasses - Don't remember an exact location. Well, Boone has them (I think..).

UPDATE:
It seems you now only have to be level 16 to see them at 'Camp Forlorn Hope'.
Quoted from the wiki:
'Veteran Rangers can be found at any major NCR military outpost after the player activates or destroys the securitron army in Mr. House's secret bunker underneath Fortification Hill. They can also be found at Camp Forlorn Hope along with NCR heavy troopers around level 16.'

Here I show you the probably most easy way to get the Ranger Combat Armor WITHOUT losing any reputation or karma.
Requirments:
- Completed the main quest about the platinum chip.
- The Mister Sandman perk, you need to be level 10+ and have 60 sneak.

when i see this video i realize that when you first arrived here all of the occupants of camp golf are all NCR veteran rangers with that armor, but when i go in my game its a bunch of misfits and gaylord normal NCR troopers. does it have something to do with the quest that makes you teach the misifts? please help!

@kishundatj Don't worry, you can still get it.

If you don't want to kill them, pickpocket them and give them an armor with a higher DT.

Then go away, then come back and you can pickpocket his/her armor. : )

im lvl 20 and theres no veteran rangers at Camp Forlorn Hope also i destroyed the bunker?
