net start messenger

use that instead of going to services. otherwise to get to services you can go to start>run>services.msc

its not working, i followed your first instruction if it didn't work and it sill didnt work, and you didn't explain what to do next if it isn't fixed

I type in "net send 192.168.1.102 hello"

the CMD prompt replies saying

"Unrecognized Command: net send 192.168.1.102 hello"

I have a question, I get what you do with the skull, and I've done everything, but I don't get how you make it appear in your CMD, how you open it that way. Could you explain that? I understand the color you pick to be shown, but the rest I don't get (what you put in the Notepad document along with the skull)
