The stuff on the eyes and chest are suposed to represent lightining. I know this because I faught and beat him in the videogame.

I have 'Titanium Man' and i reckon he is one of the best figures. It's not just a repaint, it's a completly diffrent mould and thats why he stands out from the rest. Who agrees?
