  • i like the tornado kick in 0:42 very good!

    what martial arts you train?

  • I have a background in several styles, including TKD, Krav Maga, some Capoeira, and these days, Kung Fu (Praying Mantis and Long Fist)

  • Bruce lee is my idol i want to become exactly like him, but can you tell me what strechtes i can do to, to tone up my body?

    please reply

  • Check out "dynamic stretching". Lots of info on in on the internet. Works very well, and is more effective than doing just static stretching.

  • nice front kick... those spin kicks and side kicks need a bit more tweaking... i suggest making the spin kicks a bit more compact and a bit faster, your opponent has enough time to react with that speed... for the side kick, the power should come from the turning force of the hip, not just from the extension of the leg... same goes for the turning side kick... these are just suggestions... keep it up!..
