Sercan, I think it is messed up that they don't want to let you get your haircut the way you want they should have no control over that even if they do support you right now. they can decide where you get your haircut if it's a cheaper place but you should be able to do whatever you want with your hair. I think you should get a job for sure As soon as you can. I know i'm moving Back to Nashville and I have to get a job ASAP so I can support myself. Hugs

At your apparent age, there is no reason in the first place for your budgetary needs to be line item-ed in this way. If you need a haircut every 4-6 weeks, then money for a haircut should be included in your stipend. Then you can decide out of a larger budget (say e50) where to put your resources. Eventually your parents will worry less and be proud of the prudent decisions you are going to make. They have to trust the foundation they have laid, an more importantly they need to respect you!
