1/4mile Jet Car Pass; Arm Drop Live @ TMP, June 6th 2009

5.35second 1/4mile. Each "blast" at the starting line basically made my entire body shake, clothes vibrating etc. When it launched... I thought my ear drums were going to blow because I felt something inside each of my ear vibrating and it was very painful.

I can only compare the noise of the jet car lining up (the quick blasts) as being a gun fired next to your ear.

I think it reached 298mph. In another video it hit 297mph @ 5.35 also. This one I didn't keep the camera on the board long enough (or it didn't stay up which is also a possibility. I guess I'll have to check).
