Hey did you replace the knobs that come stock?

Yes. It came with amber bell knobs. I replaced them with black speed knobs.

Would you reccomend a trapeze tailpiece?

I don't really care for trapeze tailpieces myself. But I don't know what the advantages or disadvantages are.

What does being made in the U.S mean? Doesnt make it any better ,Ibanez's high end models are made in Japan and have far better craftsmanship than some Gibsons. Besides , the Epiphone is just as good as the Gibson , the only thing different is the Headstock and Finish...exact same components. Gibson are like Nike trainers , cheap materials , but only expensive because of the NameTag!

I have been checking out your videos for a long time and you know your stuff.

I have been really happy with my Epiphone 1966 Sg and I loved my old Epiphone Les Paul Classic.

They really make great guitars and the price is even better.

The Dot is my next guitar and the black one just gets beter looking every time I see one.

@ngmm07 ummn not true the electronics are better in gibsons than most epiphones but a special edition les paul or dot that epiphone comes out with has equivilant or better electronics so gibsons tend to sound better unles you get a zakk signature or a sheriton 2 (ect in that price range)
