iWATCH, U WATCH: Police Chiefs endorse anti-terror community watch program, slippery spy slope?

Big 3 News discusses an October 3 endorsement by the Major Cities Chiefs Association, which includes chiefs in 63 of the largest police departments in the U.S and Canada, of a 21st century community watch program called iWatch. This public education program was kicked off by the Los Angeles Police Department and encourages residents to report suspicious activity. What say you?

Being put on a terror watchlist due to what a neighbor might consider to be suspicious behavior. Scary thought! It's like that man making his coffee naked in his home getting charged with indecent exposure. Will he be put on a sexual offender list? Are these just more attempts to criminalize most americans and indoctrinate the rest?
