If X universe was multiplayer it'd kill Freelancer. But it's not even though new stuff is always coming out

@tkoizumi Please tell me you haven't played FreeSpace Open. It has been heavily revamped by the community, adding lots of cool features, graphics and greatly improving performance. The amount of fan-made campaigns and mods is also incredible, and most of them are of great quality. Some of them even surpass the quality of the original game.

If you haven't played it, please do. You won't regret it.
