why in the hospital scene does he say 'get my father down here' at 3.45. because this is a flashforward so his dad is dead.

The thing about his dad was confusing, but was more used to keep us thinking that this was a flashback. At this point during the show, the audience assumed that it was a flashback up to the point where Kate steps out of the vehicle. That's also why it doesn't give you any hint about who he talks to on the phone. It was meant to be surprising that it was a flash-forward.

Please note that Jack, at this point, was not only on opiates and alcohol - but he was also highly delusional and broken. The part at 3:45 when he says, "Get my father down here" was more or less a sick, twisted joke - in saying that he wasn't drunk at all. It's taken out of context often, but much of his behavior coincides with addicts.
