*******What was demonstrated is everything I do for my nails.
For those of you that may wonder about the sides of some of my nails, I use to be a nail biter. I have kicked the nail biting habit (because I want nice nails lol) but have not been able to stop biting the sides of my nails when I am stressed, nervous or anxious. : \ I have been trying to stop but its something I've done since middle school.
