Return of Weekly Cover Series! vol 2: Talking Bird

Death Cab for Cutie is one of my favorite bands, and Ben Gibbard is definitely one of my favorite songwriters. My friend Colin DiMeo and I decided to have ourselves a little porch session and whipped this up really quick. Just a fun lil' song and a nice lil' day with lots of happy lil; birds appropriately chirpin' in the background and such.

i've memorized this song, it's beautiful, great job, i love how you give credit to ben gibbard for being an amazing songwriter, death cab for cutie is definitely what triggered me to pursue a career in music, i can't tell you how much i love this, my friend drew a picture of a talking bird and gave it to me for my 17th birthday and it's been hanging on my wall ever since
