This video shows the typical endoscopic findings of the nasal cavity in a poorly controlled allergic rhinitis. The inferior turbinates were hypertrophied on both sides and pale in colour accompanied by excessive mucous production. Nasal blockage and congestions are prominent. Reduced or absent smell can occur as well as secondary altered taste sensation. Other presenting symptoms include coughs from postnasal drip of the nasal secretions, impaired hearing from eustachian tube dysfunction or serous otitis media, and throat discomfort and dryness from hypertrophic pharyngitis and mouth breathing,

allergic Rhinitis is a chronic condition. I don't think it ever goes away. I was diagnosed with that and I suffer from allergies all year long. You can Google it and correct me if I'm wrong but,I think this is just something you are pretty much born with and stuck with. I've always had allergies and have just kinda gotten use to them. Though,it sucks when I have an attack.

  • I got this, it sucks, doctor put me on steroids, will it ever go away? I got it after being very sick (was stuffed plugged for 2 weeks and used 4-way nasal spray 7 times a day). Im pretty sure its from the nasal spray i used, but why would it affect me for a year?
