Sara Tier II Compliance and MSDS Management Software from Chemical Management Navigator

Dedicated to the EH&S Manager, Chemical Management Navigator™ 3.0 is a powerful and easy to use web based software application designed to accomplish two important functions. First of all, it will monitor and report chemical inventory and track quantities purchased and used across multiple facilities, even multiple departments within a facility.

Because of this, Chemical Management Navigator™ will write your SARA 302, 311 and 312 reports for you! It will also automatically write a NESHAP report that can be customized to your particular facility based on your unique permit requirements, and can provide usage data for SARA 313 (Form R TRI). Our clients breathe a sigh of relief every June because of the ease of Form R reporting!

The second component includes a robust electronic MSDS warehouse. You can create records of MSDS information and upload and associate the original MSDS sheet to each record. Chemical Management Navigator™ will allow you to search for MSDS information with multiple fields. With a single click of a mouse, you can see emergency procedure information, see all of the locations within a facility that contain a particular chemical, view the ingredients for a chemical, obtain an EHS list, identify all DHS (CFATS Appendix A) chemicals and much more.


You can build electronic binders for each individual department or facility AND Chemical Management Navigator™ will let you quickly print out a paper binder easily. M3V Data Management will also burn a CD(s) once per year with all of your MSDS records contained and indexed for archiving.
