@TWBaltz His problem is that he got pulled over for going 20 mph over the speed limit on the interstate (yeah, whats more dangerous to a 3 year old: profanity or a speeding 2000 pound bullet). He refuses to identify who he is even though his driver's license is in his pocket. The officer asks him to hand over his keys until he can identify who he is. Instead he gets pissed and throws the keys and strikes the officer, which is battery. I guess he considers throw things at people reasoning!
