Windows have always had the taskbar at the bottom of the screen, ever since windows 95. In windows you can even CHOOSE to move it to whatever part of the screen you want.

@cupojoe999 well if you have a mac, you can apply to be a developer for free and they give you the sdk with all the tools you need. their site has tutorials too. and yeah, your joke didnt bother me.
