He wasn't one of the best heavyweights, James Toney hasn't been relevant since the cruiserweight division. Show me some rankings to show he's one of the best. James Toney is a washed up fat man fighting to pay his bills, Dana White has never accepted offers from prime boxers to fight in the UFC.
