Hi, very helpfull, but completely wrong.. a 'Pan' is a movement of left/right (as refered to a cooking pan, you can only turn it left to right..
This is a 'Tilt' which is the movement of up/down.

to save a premiere file it take like 2 seconds. But to render a video it can take from 5min to 4 hours. It depends on the quality and length of the render. a large movie is going to take some time to render and put all the frames in order. Plan on spending some time rendering the video.
