A great show has been on TV in the Northeast for almost 5000 episodes now and has a great name of, "Cooking with Class." Hosted by Chef Frank Terranova, he has been a good friend and mentor! Frank is also a senior instructor at Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island. In this episode we made a Vegetarian Chili which is also seen on MSN Health as well as on WebMD. It is featured in Doctor Dean Ornish's best-selling New York Times book, "Everyday Cooking with Doctor Dean Ornish." See more at www.mongielloassociates.com or pick up a copy of any of Doctor Dean's books - including his newest and latest, The Spectrum.
This recipe became so famous in that it featured Boca Burgers being broken up into pieces - I then advocated for pieces to be used in Lasagna. After this recipe, I began to develop and showcase it LIVE for major manufacturers conventions and conferences like, Custom Culinary, at their annual Las Vegas convention and at the University of Las Vegas, Nevada. I began calling for Boca Burger pieces in all forms of recipes which led to the full creation of Boca Pieces and Boca Chili now being sold worldwide in supermarkets.
