Senator Leahy spoke on the Senate floor on November 14 about the impasse facing the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act (VAWA) in Congress. The Senate voted nearly six months ago in favor of VAWA, a bill that has broad support and provides meaningful resources for thousands of domestic and sexual violence victims across the country.
