Will this work on a 13 yrs old female with 51 and 52 degree curves? My daughter was recently diagnosed and specialists highly advised for her to undergo spinal fusion surgery. We are looking for options as surgery is a scary option.

if my curve isn't gone, can i wear this spinecor brace afterwards to see if that corrects it?

This would depend on your age and sex. Usually the curve advances rapidly after that first growth spurt. So earlier is always better for initiating bracing. We recently braced a 60 degree curve in a 40 year old. As with all adults you don't look for much improvement in the curve gut rather are doing the brace for pain relief and to arrest the curve progression.

what degree do u have. i have a 68 will that help for that cuz right now i need surgery.

Dr. Deutchman and Dr. Lamantia of Scoliosis Systems travel to 17 cities on a regular basis to brace children and adults with scoliosis and kyphosis. They also teach the Schroth Method. A german exercise program.
