It would have been even MORE helpful if the video told you how to install the blade and that there is also foam to remove from the inside the machine.

WOO HOO!! I'm so glad I made the switch to Silhouette! Great vid! My big "bug" is on the auction block at ebay as I type! Got my SD about 5 months ago, and I've already pre-ordered my Cameo! I'm thinking of selling my SD, but it will be hard to let go of such an amazing little machine!
