Kirigami Which Wich Star

How to turn a Which Wich? Bag into a Star. Which Wich is a chain of restaurants in the U.S. that serves customized sandwiches kinda like Subway but smaller. Decorating the WhichWich sandwich bags is a tradition at Which Wich that goes along with the central theme of personalizing the sandwiches. This video was commissioned by Which Wich. I would not normally design a kirigami model, but that's what they wanted.

This model exploits the fact that when a WhichWich Bag is open, the front and back faces of the bag are about twice as wide as the left and right faces.
This model can also be made out of an ordinary shopping bag, but first you have to convert it to the dimensions described above. I'll try to explain...

To make this model out of an ordinary brown paper shopping bag, first open the bag and cut off the rectangular bottom face, so you are left with a tube.
Flatten the tube. Divide the width into thirds by folding the left and right folded edges toward the middle overlapping them completely. Open the bag and you should have the correct dimensions.... Heck OK I'll make another video!...
