my staffie sleeps ALL day. u can drag him off the sofa and he will just fall back asleep wherever u leave him. my other staffies torture him to play with them and he just sighs and goes back to sleep (and he's only 5!!)

This is why I love this type of dogs, mine is almost 6 months and he is as sweet as he can be. He's very good with my kids too, I wouldn't trade him for anything.

@wannabeher I have a Staffie the same age.. With the pulling on the lead, stop every time he pulls and don't go again until he's stopped pulling. (and if he's leaning on his collar, a harness would be advised to prevent any damage to the throat). With the running off, you have to be more exciting than other dogs, so when he sees a dog, bend down and squeak a toy whilst calling him and he should come to you.

These both take time, so you have to be consistent. But I promise you they do work (:

Can anyone give me some advice on my doggy though... 7 month old stuffy pup... most amazing doggy when it's just me and my partner... all he wants is cuddles. However, when on the lead he's very pully and he always wants to run over and see other people. Went to training classes but it still hasn't been resolved?
